We are hiring dependable, compassionate night owls to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our group homes. As an overnight DSP, you'll help ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while folks sleep — and start their mornings off right.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Our home staff care deeply for our clients and it reassures me as a nurse that my clients are cared for and that the home dependable to report any concerns.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Keeping up with appts and tracking healthcare for my clients. Always afraid I’m going to miss something.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I have a good relationship with all of our home staff regardless of race. I feel that the staff respects me and I hope they feel I respect them as well. We work together as a team to meet our clients needs. I’m so thankful for each and everyone of them.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work from home mostly but you may find me at any home or DP when needed. My schedule is different from day to day but the agency is very flexible with me so I aim to be there when they need me.Â
I like what I do. I truly like my job. I retired and came back because I love my clients. I love the staff that I work with. I came back for the clients because I thought I could make a difference.
