Performance Management Reports

The PCGH Performance Management Report (PMR) is the result of a Performance Management System that is ongoing throughout the year with an emphasis on offering quality services. The PMR offers an avenue through which feedback from clients, family members, staff and other stakeholders can be obtained, reviewed and the information used to improve our supports/services, engage more in our community and be a place of employment that is fulfilling and positive.
