As Interim Executive Director, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PCGH, Inc., ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and leading the organization in a manner that promotes the mission.  I am also the face and voice of the organization.

I have been employed with PCGH, Inc since July 1989.  My first role was working in Cates St for 5 years as a 7on-7off staff.  My other roles with the agency include Assistant Qualified Professional, Qualified Professional, HR Director, Director of Services and Managing Director.

I received an associate’s degree in human services in 1986 and a BS in Organizational Management and Development in 2004.

I enjoy advocating for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and educating members of the General Assembly on needs.  I love cats and cooking. 

My employment with PCGH has been very rewarding and I am proud to be a part of this team.

As Clinical Director I oversee the development and implementation of all clinical services for PCGH, Inc. I maintain knowledge and provide training and technical support to all clinical staff in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards in the following documents: Department of Human Services (MH/MR/SAS), Licensure Rules, ICF/IDD regulations, Innovations, and PCGH Policy and Procedures as needed to ensure staff are current on expectations.

I monitor programs and services for additions and modifications, maintain record keeping and requirements, complete quality assurance review and generate reports of patterns and trends within the agency and solutions on how to problem-solve these trends. I assist in preparing for surveys and all services as well as oversee all plans of corrections.

I supervise the Qualified Professional and Registered Nurses assigned to the day-to-day operations and provision of services to meet the agency mission and code of ethics in our residential facilities and adult day services.

I worked closely with our financial department for the billing process within our system and bill services based on current provider authorizations, reconciling Remittance Advice reports and problem solve denials. I chair our Technology Committee, Admissions Committee, and our Human Right Committee.

I have worked for PCGH, Inc since December 2003 in the capacity of Child Care Teacher, Daycare Director, Adult Day Director, Qualified Professional, Director of Residential and Adult Day Services, and became the Clinical Director in 2019.

I received my associate’s degree in early childhood in 2002 from Piedmont Community College and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in health and human services in 2014 from Ashford University.

I love my job, and I am dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities and I value the meaningful impact of this field, it is rewarding to see them achieve a goal in their life and be a part of the community.

I am committed to balancing work and family.  I value family time, spending and doing things nature-based such as camping, being on the lake and riding ATV’s creating lasting memories.

Kimberly Hatchett

Director of Services

As Director of Services at PCGH, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential and day support services. I have been employed with the agency for 16 years.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a licensed counselor in both Virginia and North Carolina.

My unique blend of mental health expertise and my extensive experience in direct care work is fundamental to my leadership role. I regularly integrate my clinical background to advocate for a holistic approach to care. I believe that the mental and emotional well-being of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) should be addressed alongside their physical needs. My commitment to integrating my mental health background into my current role is a testament to my belief in comprehensive, person-centered care.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family & friends and vacationing.

HR Director

As Director of Human Resources, I oversee recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations at PCGH. I also help lead workforce initiatives focused on technology, retention, recognition, and engagement.

My career spans healthcare, corporate, and nonprofit HR leadership. I previously served as a top-performing recruiter and branch manager with Cross Country Staffing, where I helped lead the nation’s highest-grossing office. My experience also includes recruitment with IBM’s Global Services division supporting Fortune 500 companies, as well as leadership in a local home care agency and a retirement community. My work is marked by building strong systems, guiding major HR and benefits transitions, and championing programs that support and recognize employees.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from American University in Washington, D.C. I have completed CNA training, CPR/First Aid certified, Great Recruiter Certified, CPI certified, and have completed multiple certification courses in Access, Inclusion, and Equity.

Tim lives in Cedar Grove with his wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys playing & coaching basketball with his son, thrifting, restoring cars and rebuilding electronics. He is also active in disability advocacy, most recently through the Advocacy Leadership Program – North Carolina.

Director of Operations

My name is Antonio Johnson – Director of Operations/Benefits Specialist.  I’ve been with PCGH, INC for about 29 years.  My primary duties are to participate in on-going training through HUD, NC Housing and DHHS.  I partner with DSS regarding Medicaid and other benefits such as special assistance, and Social Security to ensure they are retained.  I am responsible for Payee Reports, site inspections and coordinating any maintenance needed at any of our locations.  I have a AAS Business Computer Programming degree.

I appreciate opportunities for relaxation and enjoy activities that combine strategy and chance-such as the lottery!

Sandra Seamons

Sandra Seamons

As Chief Financial Officer, I am responsible for financial oversight and management of monitoring daily cash flow for payroll, vendors, and operating costs. I oversee budgeting and forecasting in the agency to develop and monitor annual budgets for each facility, comparing expenditures and revenues. I also ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicaid and billing while monitoring fraud, waste and any misuse of funding. I prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and track key performance indicators such as cost reports, overtime trends, and other areas of financial tracking.

I have been employed with PCGH, Inc for 24 years and have 39 years of experience in accounting.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, vacations, and  embracing the opportunities of their future.
